On February 18, 2025, after receiving the three confirmations that Dallas ISD had not produced a statutorily compliant CPS report, I filed a complaint with the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to investigate the violations. See TEA Complaint.
On May 22, 2025, at the urging of the TEA investigator, I forwarded the complaint to Dallas ISD’s Superintendent, Police, and Trustees to investigate the violations.
On July 7, 2025, in spite of failing to produce the statutorily compliant report to the
Court, the District response again referred to an email containing the eight-character
alphanumeric identification that the Texas DFPS confirmed did not exist, and expressed the
District has seen no evidence that the teacher, assistant principal, or principal violated
Texas Family Code Chapter 261. See
