On July 15, 2025, I received the following response from the assigned TEA investigator: “After staffing this with management, TEA will not be moving forward with opening this matter.”
On July 23, 2025, I requested reconsideration of their refusal to investigate this matter, based on the seriousness of the legal obligations at issue and the potential systemic consequences of nonenforcement. See Letter to TEA Commissioner.
On December 17, 2025, I made a formal demand for agency action to the TEA Commissioner under
principles embodied in the Texas Administrative Procedure Act and Texas administrative law.
No response was ever received.
